May15th -followed morning rounds and discussed pathologist about BMD patient biopsy report and discharged the patient.
16th - opd duty
17th -attended daily rounds, evaluated the admitted patient (45yr Male 2 episodes of loose stools,RVD +ve with persistent diarrhoea)
18th - attended morning rounds and done all the investigations required for the patient.
Prepared for case presentation.
19th -attended daily rounds, presented case and discussed relevant points.
20th -attended daily rounds, review usg done,fundoscopy of patient.
21st- attended daily rounds and helped in writing elog of BMD patient.
22nd - attended daily rounds,correction of hypokalemia to the patient and monitored..
23rd - opd duty
24th - evaluated the case of 21yr Male with known case of type1 DM with high sugars and vomitings.
25th - attended rounds and done all the investigations required for the patient.
26th - attended rounds,as patient ketone bodies turned positive put him on insulin infusion and monitoring his sugar levels.
27th- attended rounds,remaining investigations done fundoscopy and attended class
28th- attended rounds,fixed his insulin dose and done whole discharge process of the patient.
29th- helped house surgeons in doing elog and taught taking ABG and clicked videos to help them.
30th - op duty.
31st - rotation Sunday duty day.
